What we do
Asphalt is the whole job: new driveways and full replacements, overlays, crack sealing and patching, pothole repair, sealcoating, chip seal and recycled asphalt drives, parking lot paving and striping. Homeowners are a large part of the work, along with shops, offices, churches, apartment properties and HOAs with private streets. Sticking to one material means knowing where it is the wrong fit too, and when concrete would serve a driveway better, we say so.
From the first call to the last pass of the roller
- The call. You call (469) 405-6359 or send the form. We ask where the property is, what the pavement is doing, and whether you are working to a date.
- The walk-through. We meet you there, measure, watch how water moves across the surface, probe the soft areas, and note trees, alleys, curbs and slab heights.
- The written price. The quote is broken into lines: area, tear-out, base, asphalt thickness, edges, drainage, sealing or striping.
- Scheduling. Work is booked around the weather and, for businesses, around opening hours, and we tell you how to get ready.
- The work. The base is prepared, the asphalt is laid and rolled, the edges are finished and the site is cleaned up.
- Afterwards. We tell you when it is ready to walk and drive on, and how to treat it for the first few weeks.

What goes on paper
The parts of a paving job that decide how long it lasts are the parts you cannot see once it is done: how much soft clay came out, how deep the stone base is, how well it was compacted, and how thick the asphalt is after rolling. Those are written into every quote so you can hold another price against ours and see whether it describes the same job. If something changes once the old surface is up, such as a wet area deeper than it looked, we stop and talk to you before doing extra work.
